At last a vocal formant like this, starts at 0:34:
Dunno If you guys mentioned these:
3- Different tuning for the Tuner (for alt tunings).
What do you mean by this?
More cabinet models
what do you mean, exactly? any cabinet (a Profile, by the way, not a model) can be used with any amp Profile:
select CABINET,
move BROWSE one 'click',
select 'From Rigs',
browse the cabinets from all Profiles on your machine

good question - our tuner is (of course) chromatic
I still tune with my Peterson Tuner, it's better in Tune than with the KPA.
The Peterson has sweetend Tunings by Instrument. I think he meant this with Presets.
Another helpful Feature for me would be a 60sec. Looper instead of 30sec.

More cabinets to choose from. It seems limited, or at least it seems that way on my Kemper. I will go count the number of cabinets available to me.

like I said, the number of available cabinets = the number of Profiles on your machine, plus the ones saved as presets.
Most likely you are browsing only the cabinet presets, not the Profile pool (select 'From Rigs')

let me change this to , we need actual cabinet models.
Why? A profiled cab is much more versatile and sonically performing than a static IR. There are almost 8000 free cab profiles waiting for you on Rig Exchange!
OTOH, this is the Profiler... If you want models there are modellers meant for the purpose
And, BTW, you can import IRs ("Cabinet models"?) into the Profiler after converting them to cabinet presets through the free Kemper application.
Not to mention, of course, that you can use cab presets created by other users.

sorry, I don't see the point.
The cabinet (and it's mic'ing) play a huge part in the tone.
It is much more authentic to use a profiled cabinet, than a generic approximation of what a certain cabinet or mic might sound like. Just check the Rig Exchange for a popular cabinet, like a Marshall 1960 4x12 with V30s. They all sound different, because the 'real' cabinets and speaker have their individual sound, despite being from the same manufacturer and the same model.
And because of the decisions that were made by a user (mic choice, position, etc.)
The truth is a model will never capture the nuances that make real amps and cabinets so exciting, they are a somewhat over-generalized approximation IMHO.
At best, they can represent one individual cabinet.
If you want to 'bend' a cabinet in the Profiler, you have very powerful parameters available 'High Shift', 'Low Shift' and 'Character'.
If you however prefer to have access to one or more IR libraries, simply convert them with CabMaker and import them.

Output volume normaliser.
I find it extremely frustrating trying to balance the output volume from different rigs in different performances.
And 5 gigs in it's still not right.
I only meant plugging it in instead of a guitar at the front input jack.
I plug bass, guitar, and a rhodes alternately in an SWR California Blonde.
They all sound great.
Anyway, I was only referring to possibly using the kemper to record the rhodes.
This is altogether different from my speculation on profiling a hammond b as an amp, as you sort of co-opt the pre and amp sections and don't play the organ.
It has an interesting sound that is worth profiling, in my opinion.
If only for the hell of it.

I agree with you about that. The tube amps in Leslies and Hammonds are essentially the same kinds of tube circuits as were used in guitar amps of the same era.

It was always possible to use the Profiler with synths, keyboards, drum machines etc.
I do it regularly. Watch the input LED & use the Alternative Input.

Agreed, or at least an output level bar graph so you could get pretty close without having to dial up reference rigs and go back and forth. Ideally with different ballistics and peak hold times to get a feel for RMS vs peak.

... and for amps, it's the same IMHO, except where... the Kemper is concerned!
