Maybe, I don't know, but I felt it worth mentioning based on the seeming presumption in Nikos' post that it was primarily a gigging musicians tool.
Whatever it is, options for the guitar player in today's world is a "GOOD" thing. And, it keeps the competitors on their toes for us to have the next latest & greatest toys! It's a good time to be a guitar player guys!!! 
In north America you can have the fm3 and the fc6 for 1500$..actually I believe that this is a very fair price for this combination.
But again..2000€ is to much.

Okay..with regards to the exchange value $/€ the Stage is not more expensive in north America than in europe..if my math are right it is even cheaper.
With the same math the fm3/fc6 in europe is 55-65% more
expensive than in the USA/Canada.This is to much.
Just letting my 2 cents here...
THe FM3 as well as the HX Stomp is VERY appealing due to the real state savings on the pedalboard. HOwever, coming from a Line6 Pod HD500x, I am playing more than tweaking with the kemper.
Before modellers nobody was concerned about tube bias, sag and all these other crazy components of amps I didnt even know existed. Kemper, in my opinion, makes life simple as, if I dont like a profile, I move on.
However, if you are a tweaker, these are definitely appealing
No time spent on tweaking, just playing

That was my experience when working with the Axe III FX and the Kemper. On the Kemper, more time playing and less time tweaking.

I use profiles others have created and tweak them to sound good with my guitars on my PA system.
Before I gave up my VHT rig, I did profile it; however, I have since found better sounding rigs than even my old tube amp rig that I like better for the covers I play.
In europe the FM3 is1266€..add to this 633€ for the FC6.
2000€.That's to much.
I mean not only for me but for most potential customers in Europe..and from what I have read during the last weeks in several gear blogs the FM3 is faulty with many bugs.They should have stayed with the Ax8 and evolve it as they do with their rack stuff.
You don't need the FC6. Works perfectly with 3 knobs.

Mostly commercial profiles. Excellent amps from people that know how to dial them up.

Bias and sag are adjustable parameters in the KPA.

bias-ing tubes was always an important factor in tube amp tone, 'sag' is also far from new, players talked about this since the 60s/70s
I got an adjustable bias fitted to my 6505 and it really doesn't sound a lot different. Maybe a little on the clean channel.

I don’t know if you guys remember how much I love my kemper...tonally, until today, it was unrivaled. It took axe 3 four years to catch up to kemper but they finally did. The tone is actually just as if not more accurate than all the mesa and plexi I’ve tried. Kemper is nearly identical to mesa, and this is like a blind test where I think it is mesa. I think its going to be the kemper killer, the FM3
FM3 is a $1000 lite version with built in stomp and foot control! I cant believe they were able to give an axe 3 mini but they did for 1k.
Anyway, I want to buy the FM3 so bad now that I heard axe 3. I was trying to reaquire my kemper but everyone here and online is unrealistic still thinking a kemper is worth 1400 or more...lol, its not! Not anymore. Especially with the axe 3 out, the kemper is now “old”, still amazing and good and the best/most True Tone matching you can get on the fly, but for $500 less than what most people ask for used (I’ve seen some people even ask near full price used) you can get axe
Anyway, I didn’t believe in fractal before. I didn’t like or want axe fix 1, 2, ax8 or anything .....this however is so amazing that I have to get the FM3 when its finally out in a few months.

My Kemper now collects dust. Fractal has not only caught up, they have surpassed.
I bought an axe 2xl from a friend and I'm now on the waitlist for the 3 so I can pass the 2 on to my other friend because he needs to experience it. When kpa2 drops, I bet it's gonna smoke axe and the quad cortex. All are fantastic units and having the axe 2 makes me appreciate my kemper more even though I'm very much enjoying the axe right now.
Funny, I think if I had got an axe II when it dropped the xl I might not have known what I was actually getting or what to do with it. So my journey is special to me in that way that if X wouldn't have happened, I wouldn't have ended up with Y now that I'm at Z. Lol
