I'd like to have Low Cut / High Cut on SPDIF output, since I am using Kemper Profiler connected to my interface using SPDIF.

Will certainly give that a try. Sometimes the most simple solutions are the best

However, the Fender BDLx RI is 40W amp, and already applied the little black box in the send/return loop as a master volume. That helps, otherwise the Fender is too quiet and not blooming just below 2, and once you raise gain beyond 2, becomes far too loud. All due to the log-pot meters.
My Princeton at 3 is acceptable in bedroom levels and I get all amp in the room feeling and this strat twang.

the real amp has the original Eminence speaker, especially made for Fender"
I am using a self-captured profile from that real amp. But you are already the 3rd person implying that buying a 2nd Kemper Kone Amp won't make a big difference ... maybe I should look into other tube amps at lower volume, however i fear that part of the amp in room"feel is directly linked to high volume
so kind of counterproductive.I have a Fender Princeton 65 RI with stock 10" Jensen C-10R speaker. It is 12W or 15W some sources say. I plug my strat into instrument input 2 (which is meant for humbuckers) and I get glorious tone at bedroom levels.

I think Profiling 2.0 is on the way. Watching few latest videos from Kemper YouTube channel, it's there, not sure what the overall progress is

I think mic’d sound emulation will never give you that oomph, wider spread, or more airy sound. I have a Fender Princeton 65 RI tube amp and I’ve never come even close to that sound quality with the Kemper and studio monitors. And I’m not talking only about the “amp in the room” feeling — also the texture of the sound.
However, the headphone output on the Kemper does a surprisingly good job; the feel is much better than through studio monitors.
But for me, nothing beats the sound of a real amp in the room.

In KEMPER, a Generic Amp uses non-specific, universal amp controls that do not match any real circuit. In contrary - Liquid Profiling models a specific amplifier, making tone controls behave like the real amp with more accurate and realistic response.

There are liquid profiles available (Like Guidorist Liquid Profile Pack) where Amp Model refers to a profile.

Summing up - all is fine.

Just in case this thread comes up in any searches, I just updated to OS 13.0.5 and the slow boot time issue now appears to be fixed.
Boot times are now back down to 25 seconds regardless of whether I use the button to power off or pull the plug.
Is this with MK1 device? Stage?

really helped me, thanks!
Glad you found it helpful!

I was browsing YouTube
and found a video of a guy playing these profiles and he shared free profiles: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/…P3qS_rG995S_0PIExternal Content www.youtube.comContent embedded from external sources will not be displayed without your consent.Through the activation of external content, you agree that personal data may be transferred to third party platforms. I think Kemper's USB port is not designed to put out any current, doing so may result in malfunction, but ultimately even in some failure. I'd ask Kemper Support to be sure.

Hi everyone!
I’m updating from an ancient version (OS 5.5)
Using the usb stick method seems not recognising the update file (.bin)
I can’t find a way to update my Head MK1.
Any help is appreciated!
Please contact Support Contact | Kemper Amps they will guide you, on how to update your unit.

I am using Profiler Head MK1 and the boot time is consistent with the latest releases (currently on 13.0.2 Release) and it is 56 seconds.
What I noticed now is, Kemper got human touch and is saying "Good Bye" on the Shutting down screen.

I don't think there are any teardowns that show details about the converters or headphone amp, but they do show details about the microcontroller CPU and the DSP chip. The former has been upgraded significantly, which explains why it boots faster. The DSP chip is the same as it has always been, so if there are any changes coming this summer in the audio processing, that must be a result of software changes, not hardware.
Tony McKenzie does the teardown videos on his channel, he already did it on multiple guitar multieffect units - he did the teardown of Kemper Player here ->

I record video (and room sound) on the Samsung S23, at the same time audio records through Kemper SPDIF -> Scarlett 6i6 interface to Reaper (where I also have backing track on separate track imported).
Then in the video app (CapCut recently) I synchronize video phone with audio from Kemper. To make the sync work well, before I start recording I just play few strong riffs/notes so the sync algorythm gets easier job to do.

If I have to change the name of hundreds of IRs that I have... then something is wrong hahaha!

Rig Manager didn't do that before.
And they're not hyphens, they're spaces and periods, and now it doesn't accept as many characters. I remember I used to import more IR and it never did this to me. This has to be because of the new updates.
I think Kemper has to speak out and say what they have changed so that they no longer show the real name of the IRs.In Windows you can use Total Commander or free Double Commander, select all the files and rename all in one step (Ctrl + M), by providing some conditions - very handy feature.
In above example you preserve original name (File Name = [N]) and original extension (Extension = krig) and you Find... space " " and Replace... it to underscore "_"

I just cannot Stand the fact that if someone voice their opinion about what don't like , most of the time on here ( the kemper forum ) so many ppl feel attacked smh .
You don't know how other people feel, it's all your assumption, which reflects how you feel, your beliefs and cognitive functions.
