Hey man, I saw you had an issue with your Kemper freezing and showing no firmware. Did you get the issue resolved? If so how? I cant get mine to let me install an older firmware or anything. It doesn't respond to any buttons.
It turned out to be a hardware issue in my case. I contacted support and had to send it in for repair.

It was covered under warranty.
