I need to correct Timo's statement: right now, Rig Manager 3.0 is not HiDPI capable on Windows. It was planned for the release, but because we were late already, we postponed it. But it will come sooner or later.
More than 2 years later, any news on this?

Same issue here (with the rack). This happens EACH time there is an update available.
Only solution is to uninstall RigManager from Control Panel, then reinstall.

Import the IR to "All Presets/Local Library", or to a new subfolder in that Directory. After you have done that, you can add it to a Kemper Rig or Performance Slot Cabinet Module.
Doesn't work. Stuck on "Converting Impulse Responses...".

Running on Win 10 when I edit a profile in rig manager the option to save remains greyed out.
Running latest beta software for profiler and rig manager.
Known bug.
