"IN" would typically be the source ie Kemper, out would supply power to the remote.

Hello, would like to get your inputs on how to contact Kemper support other than via email and phone call. I need to have switches and my Stage LCD screen replaced. I was already in contact with one support person (Jason) but stopped getting replies. I sent another message via Kemper support form, but didn't get any response.
Any leads would be appreciated.
Thanks

So, I entered a well known on-line Guitar Giveaway raffle - bought 1 entry for £2.99 and ended up with this beauty
PRS USA Artist II
Pretty good condition considering she's 30 years old (1994)
Complete with original leather case which is also pretty good for it's age.
To say I am over the moon is a massive understatement
HOLY CARP!!!
Best 3 quid investment EVER!!! Congrats, that is stunning!

Good to hear. Thanks for the reply.
Yeah, my unpowered Kab with external amp is plenty loud enough.
But not the powered Kab. Maybe it's just me. Maybe it's my setup. Maybe we play too loud. Maybe my Kabinet is faulty. I'm over messing around with it at this stage and just want to get on with playing gigs and not worrying. Uaed the unpowered Kab and external amp last weekend and it was glorious.
Cheers!I have 2 Kabs and 2 amps.
One amp is the SD700, and it usually goes to practice and gigs.
The other amp is a Ritter Camplifier 290. It usually stays home, but last gig I took it because I could plug the Kemper into FOH and all I needed was backline support.
The Camplifier is stereo 90w, or mono 180w, and I do not find it to be enough for full band backline only.

Bummer...
I use my un powered Kab live as backline as well. Kinda surprised the powered Kab isn't doing it for you.

It most definitely will chug...

Yes, i use it cause a lot of poeple advised this one here on the forum for the kone. There's even someone Who gave the settings to get it flat. Mid at 3'oclock,bass at 10,and treble at 10 approximately.
You should do a research on the forum to decide
I believe I even saw a post from Cristoph Kemper pointing to it as a possible choice.

I'm very uneducated about class D, A/B etc... Is one really better than the other?
Here is a very good write up...
Which Is Better, Class D Or Class AB Amplifier? | Audio Curious

70 bucks??? Seriously? And it would give plenty headroom to a marshall 4x12?
And how does class D sound any different than the the ice technology, is it that much of a quantum leap in tone to pay 500?
Seymour Duncan Powerstage units are class D. The ISP Stealth is class A/B I believe.

I have 3 different make/models:
Seymour Duncan SD700 (Stereo 700w)
Ritter Camplifier 180 (Stereo @ 90w/side or mono @ 180w) Not a current model
ISP Stealth Pro (Stereo @ 90w/side or mono @ 180w)
Of the three, I use the SD700 at practice, and the Camplifier at home. I like the Seymour Duncan units a lot as they use the same ICEpower modules that Kemper puts in their powered head/rack.
If you don't need/want stereo I'd take a look at the other Seymour Duncan offerings. Not cheap, but built like a tank with great clean power.

That is a surprise given that SS amps are aiming to be as transparent as possible. Its also a surprise as ( not sure if its true) both are powered by B+O amps...
It also shouldn't matter what it goes through ( everything else should be equal) but I suspect some monitoring systems will highlight bigger changes than others.
So you are asking Kemper for a pedal power amp when they already do a power head, a power rack and and powerkab? I understand why but I think its unlikely as it would only be for users who want to use a stage or player but run through a regular cab which is porbably not the top use case, especially as cabs are becoming less important live. I take mine but invariably rely on the in house monitors - most venues expect digital direct guitar amps in my experience.
The power amps are versions of ICE units as some people on here have built powered Kabs prior to the development of the powerKab....Im sure someone can correct me...
Yup... both powered Kemper head/rack and the Seymour Duncan SD use ICEpower amp modules.

On Sunday, my wife and I walked by a downtown Jerusalem music store we’ve passed many times over the last 6 years. We never walked in, but on Sunday my wife said “let’s see those guitars on the wall.”
Lo and behold, we find a small group of handmade in Israel instruments. My wife convinced me to sit down and play one of them, which I did. They were all amazing, but one just stood out. It played like a dream and sounded like angels singing.
My wife had a look in her eye that I know well. Moments later, she plunked down a credit card and we walked out with this magnificent beauty, which I can’t put down - it just beckons me to play.
The lesson - treat your wife really well. Who know? Maybe some day she’ll buy you that axe you’ve been dreaming of!
Winning!!! Awesome wife, awesome guitar... can't beat that, congrats!
