check the cable specs in the main manual, the remote is a bit picky with the cable.
or/and get a PoE adapter, makes you more flexible with cable type and lenght.
recommendations /tested PoEs are listed in the manual, too.
How long is your cable? Try a short one and see if you have the same issue. If the short cable fixes the problem, then it is likely a POE injector will fix the issue with the longer cable.

Go here, they make cable custom to order or you can buy one of their already made ones. Of great quality and not too stiff.
Just check the issue isn;t with the connector rather than the cable. I added a PoE but mainly to take the strain off plugging and unplugging into the Rj45 socket, which eventually failed.
I also added an ethercon at the profiler end for a more solid connection.

Which POE injector do you use? I'm thinking about getting a longer cord than my current 15 foot one. The website for the cord (British Audio) says that a POE may be needed for cables longer than 20', so I was curios what others may be using.

^^^^ I used the slightly older version of that one (TL-PoE 150S) ... I think it was listed as compatible by Kemper. Zero issues since i got it (back in 2020).

Me too I think, not sure of the exact model but went with a TP one listed by Kemper. Works really well.
