I have this issue when on performance mode. Using the arrows on the front of rack. If I’m on 25 and I go up one it will end up on 27 and sometimes 28. I’ve had this for a couple years on multiple different performances.

Update: Unfortunately, I pressed all the buttons and it didn’t work. I tried a factory reset, upgrade via USB, and downgrade via USB. And everything returned to the same message. I took pictures and wrote an email to Kemper support. I hope they resolve it. Thanks for the help
Let us know what ended up being the issue when you get this resolved, thank you Jorge!

Yes! This is a much needed feature add for properly leveling between rigs. BIG +1.
The current method I use involves monitoring in my DAW. It's a pain.
Better yet, show some live level meters on the device screen when tuning rig volume.
Great idea!!! Kinda like the meter on the “wattage”. 🤩 -
I tried this to some of my favorite profiles and woah! It totally made me love them even more! Five year owner here and still loving this thing.

I’ve been using this the last year and it’s been perfect.

Go here, they make cable custom to order or you can buy one of their already made ones. Of great quality and not too stiff.

I’ve never had a failed update in five years using usb stick, so that may be the safest way to go.

No one “should” be disappointed! Kemper doesn’t owe us anything technically after we buy their product, but they have been so generous to keep things moving forward, so don't be disappointed and if you are posting here does absolutely nothing good. Be thankful they are providing free updates…. I am.

It will be out when it’s ready, hold ya horses 🐎

Go to any non liquid profile and you should have the middle part you are talking about.

Thanks for this reminder, I was looking for it the other day. 🥳

Could also get a power strip and use the off- on switch that way.

I had this issue with the screen backlight going blank and it failing to connect. I purchased an upgraded cable from British Audio and installed a PoE in my rack and haven’t had a single issue since.

Patience really does go a long way… y’all get some!

Are the screen protectors still available?

I played live and the soundman plugged my kemper into the pa and it made a pop noise and wouldnt work. When i got it home i turned off the power amp feature in the Kemper and connected it to an external power amp and it works fine. I am pretty sure the power amp is fried. Are there factory certified servicers in arizona?
Did he plug the "Speaker Output" into the pa?

Who has relocated their remote connection terminal, maybe onto a front panel or other location to lesson the use on the KPA terminal?
Anyone put one of these inline with their remote cable?
Obviously, a short ethernet-cable is then used to connect this to the actual KPA.
I'm wondering has anyone experience issues by using this "heavy duty" connector + cable as a result of a this additional inline hardware?
Do you get away without a PoE for the extra few inches?
I use one of these on my patch bay so I'm not wearing out the actual kemper jack.

Well, yeah, but its not on.

Never can hurt to give equipment like this some breathing room.
