Can somebody say if this would be a matching Amplifier for the upcoming Kemper Kone?
There are older versions of this without the DSP that you may be able to find used. Look on the Mini DSP website under "legacy products"

I have a Ritter Camplifier 290 in my Toaster.
I've tried 16ohm, and a pair of 8ohm PA cabs, but neither seems to get me gig volume.
The Kone/Kabinet is 4ohm, so maybe that would work.
If not I'd go Seymour Duncan Powerstage 170 for mono, or 700 for stereo. Perhaps an Orange Pedal Baby for mono.
First though I think I'll try just getting the Kone speaker and stick it in my XiTone MBritt powered cab.
dmatthews you mean Ritter Camplifier 280? https://digitalguitargear.com/camplifier-280/ ?

Nope, it's a 290. 2x90w, or 1x180w bridged. Stereo.

Older model I suppose.
What´s about the tc electronic bam 200 (139 €). It´s originally for bass but I think it can be used for guitar too.

new is mono
I looked on eBay at power amps. All a bit confusing

It is isn't it. I have the Fryette Power Station, but I was looking to get something relatively inexpensive in solid state as a backup (or stereo) alternative. Seems every power amp I run across after doing some research has negatives (fan is too loud, not loud enough, wrong impedance, incompatible power source, expensive, too much flavor, etc.). A powered Kabinet would make things much easier but would probably not offer a lot of choices. The Camplifier and Duncan Power Stage seem to be the stand outs so far though.
Likely if I were to do it again, I'd go Seymour Duncan Powerstage 700
I have the ISP Stealth Pro power amp. I use it for gigs and at home. It works perfectly well. It is not a class D amp!
Looks like Carvin is coming out with a small pedal style 100W stereo amp in about 2 weeks. The spec says it will work with a 4 ohm load. I've had good luck with their regular PA power amps, but something like this could be used on a pedal board or sit in the back of a non-powered profiler.
cool , if I didn't already have an amp, I would buy the carvin , I have had great luck with them, I have 4 x V3 Heads, &a CTM guitar (2010) ^ +there wireless..
I was lucky enough to pick up a PowerStage 170 in as new condition on the local clasifieds for 50% rrp.
Ive seen two others for sale locally and I live in a relatively small market, maybe if you check for local private sales.
anyone tried this one
Harley Benton Custom Line Thunder 99
it delivers 2x 50 Watt @ 4 Ohm
which perfect fits for a Kone
and Price is 89€

I'd be very interested to know in 50w per side would be loud enough for live use?

There was a test in a german magazin:
https://www.bonedo.de/artikel/einzel…-99-test/3.html
They tested it with a Kemper Stage: They say in
the conclusion: Preamp pedals also work very well, the Thunder 99 delivers a fairly linear sound with a sound pressure level that can prevail against drums and bass in the rehearsal room and on small to medium-sized stages.
The question, of course, is whether it is better to use a little more money to have an amplifier with more power for use on stage..

Very interesting. The carvin pedal looks very similar to the Harley Benton Custom Line Thunder 99!

very probably the same Chinese made pedal with each company’s own branding.
