I received my MK2 Stage, yesterday, I did the update with a USB stick and had no problems. I updated Rig Manager , on my Mac with no issues.

My buddy at ToneWars, drove 3 hrs each way, to Sweetwater, to buy a new Stage MK2.

AT 1AM, He profiled his Engl Savage and was blown away. He’s a metal guy and had pretty much given up, on MK1.

I got a new MK2 Stage, ordered. Should be here tomorrow. I’m getting excited

I watched this , and most impressed by what I heard. The punch and clean up seemed spot on. The ability to tune the resonance is very cool

I’ld been using , mostly tube amps since the early 60’s , as I got older I was getting tired of hauling heavy amps around. I tried a Line 6 floor model, it was a no go. Then I got a Elevin Rack, it was better, but still not there. Then I read about Kemper, I bought a Toaster , in 2012, and used it until the Stage came out, it was awesome, and felt very real. I use it usually with a Atomic CLR NEO, but prefer in ears when I can use them.

After a month of purgatory, I guess I really haven’t missed anything

I kinda have to agree. The lack of release, and maybe even more so, the lack of communication. Does come off as a little smug. I already bought, and returned, a Stage MK2, because the locked effects just weren’t enough. At 75, I’m still gigging, but don’t know if I can , much longer for something new, besides it’s now gone up $150
Oh well life sucks
