That IS serious. I've been interested in the Helix for a while now, but I just cannot muster up the motivation to venture into that thread...

I feel you... I started some months ago, I believe I am currently around page 380

yesterday i had the last gig for a while, so now i´ll check 4.0.2
installed it with no issue installtime 15 min (got 961 rigs on kpa), all presets was there
Settings of main out, Monitor out and master was the same as before, only had to set the Input sense and the noise gate.i use the kpa with uno4kpa and installed a dunlop x3 on the back of kpa Pedal 1 (only for Morph)
works perfect, not issuesby the way, the FOH-Man yesterday loved my kpa and made a photo, he loved how it sounded (mbritt profiles) and how simple it is to go direct with linelevel to PA

Anyone here gigging with 4.0.2 ?
I would really live to play with that morphing stuff but I'm not sure if it is already stable enough -
I've gigged with it. Aside from the display lagging on the Remote and the slightly laggy behaviour of an expression set to wah pedal, it has been stable for my use in that particular band/project. There's another band I play with where the lag wouldn't be acceptable though, so I downgrade to 3.3.0 with them. All I can say is to try it at a rehearsal and see. You can always downgrade again in a break.
-
I have one more 'professional' gig this coming weekend and then a couple of 'freebie party'-type gigs for the next few weeks after that. I am planning on testing the waters after the professional gig and using the freebies as test run opportunities. Chomping at the bit!

Your Remote Midi and Wah laggy behaviiour [ display and audio ] is not exclusive to the Remote.
Its the same with my BJ Devices TB-12 - in Midid FSW Perf Mode and Midid FSW Browser Mode.
Never had these issues with FW 3.x.
Really hope this is fixed a.s.a.p as its a major p.i.t.a for live / gigging.

True dat.
-
Gigged with 4.0.2 without even experiencing any lag.

True dat.
.... and for testing / de-bugging ....... if I move from rig-to-rig using the Rig Arrow Buttons on the front of my KPA = no problems ..... its a Midi Spec / Implementation bug / error that is in 4.0.2 that is causing this problem.
Ingolf ... you must be one of the " lucky ones " [ ] as there at least 4 of us each reporting the same issue with 4.0.2 .... across both the Kemper Remote and [my] BJ Devices TB-12

Yep, better to empathize the issues that flawless behaviours IMO, specially with a beta.

So count myself also among the lucky
No issue, lag or any other disturbances while gig's or rehearsal. (till now) -
It happened 3 times in the last few weeks with 4.0.2.... During a gig it jumps from performance 20-something to performance #125...

With a MIDI controller or The Remote?

I gig with it and have the same issues. Every once in a while the sound guy's head will pop up when I use the Whammy (Morphpedal to Pitch.) Kinda funny to see, but it would be nice to have it fixed. (Yes, I submitted a ticket.)

Back to 3.3 for me after a few freezes at startup...

This happened to me to but I wasn't sure what was happening or how to reproduce it. ( not during a gig) turned it off in while it was heading up in performances and back on. Did you report this ?
I have remote. -

Yes, that's why it is crucial to open a support ticket with any issue including a backup of the respective machine.
The more support tickets and bug data are available to support the better the chance to reproduce an issue and nail it down to certain circumstances. My post wasn't meant to de-valuate your (and others') observations at all.
Of course. -
