Metronome Possible?

+1
Please add the Metronome for the Kemper

At the risk of quoting myself (no risk - I *am* quoting myself!)
Turn on the Looper.
Tap your pickups four times.
Play over the click track you just made
-
That's a way if doing it sure but if you are learning pieces or practising anything really a metronome is necessary. Tapping the pickups doesn't allow you to speed up the piece by increments of, say, 5 bpm every 5 mins and is not accurate in any way.
Having said that I use a good couple of metronome apps on my phone and don't really see the need for one in the kemper

Some dreams seems last forever.
Another dream I prefer to be fulfilled is to be able to set the tempo in a rig of a performance as bpm.
As far I know this was requested my many before me. -

You mean different tempi within a performance? This is possible if 'use performance tempo' is not enabled.
If you mean a to set a global performance tempo as BPM, this is of course possible as well. -

If you mean a to set a global performance tempo as BPM, this is of course possible as well.Or you send from external device via midi clock your BPM.
This way I can reduce my performances to some basic sound and BPM is set automatically.
I use for this SetListMaker on Ipad. -

@PETERFR - Thanks for advice - but I do not use an external MIDI device which could send BPM

I am in the camp for NO metronome. I still think the looper was not needed either. Personally I would prefer to see the Kemper as an amp and not a Swiss Army knife of modelling (leave that to Axe FX and/or Line6).
I would sooner they work on a quieter rear input, as that would be much more useful. Or how about a better tuner GUI?
-
I tend to agree with what drog said, even tho the looper can be very useful for example in order to look for the right tone with free hands IMO.
-
Definetly a great feature to look forward to

Do neither the strobe or bubble do it for you?

No, no they do not. That is why i still use my Polytune 2 (in traditional mode). -
That would be a great feature! Specially for late night practicing with headphones!
-
+1 for metronome
-
+1 if I haven't already.
Anything to get the hands away from the PC/phone.
"Oh I'll just check my e-mail" - An hour later I'm watching guitar tutorials instead of actually practicing.
I don't see why anyone wouldn't want one, if you don't like it, don't use it!

I just got the remote. I didn't know you could do that! Thanks! -
Old thread here, but yeah...
I was googling for Kemper metronome for a reasonI would LOVE to have a simple metronome, so I can shut off my damn PC for a minute and actually concentrate on playing instead of having a metronome running and other stuff that grabs my attention all the time on PC.
I play with a metronome A LOT and I'm sure other people too. -
