Just paste a link from YouTube.
For example, the video above was created by pasting in the link to it.

When the forum system recognizes a link to a video, it will embed the video automatically.
(I inserted an extra space after the colon so the forum system won't recognize it as a link to a video so you could see what I mean).

That's so incredible, isn't it? Ok, those folks probably just learned it that way and do not need to think about it. Still I think it changes the sound and the approach to certain phrasings, arpeggios and so on.
