Received my new Kemper Remote, couldn't plug it in to begin with as the actual connector was shoved into the metal sleeve at a crazy upward angle. . after undoing the metal sleeve so the connector was out. I plugged in and not syncing, just sitting saying " waiting for connection,. " I looked at the cable and they have obviously made a disaster of the wiring job. the internal cables are damaged and not working, I swapped to a cat5 I had lying around and it worked first time. Disgusting to see a unit that's $1695 in my country, with such a bad cable job., I bought this on reverb from Chicago music exchange so Ill just go buy a new cable tomorrow but not cool Kemper.

I have had my remote cable for 5 years now, its the original and no issues. I think you've just been unlucky as I've found their quality on everything excellent.
