the line outputs will deliver just enough level to drive a passive cabinet at a low volume but since they are not designed for that purpose there is a certain risk that the OP amps in the monitor outputs will suffer and fail. Therefore we do not recommend to connect passive cabinets to anything but the dedicated speaker output on PowerHeads and PowerRacks.

reading and testing but I can't go around with the parallel path with 2 Inst guitar plus bass simultaneously is it impossible ?
that is not possible. The purpose of parallel path is to divide the signal chain and send the signal that is present at Stomp B directly to the output bypassing Stomps C,D, Amp, Cab, X, MOD, DELAY and REVERB.

Thank you so much for the fast reply!
Will order this one.
Do I understand correctly that as one consequence the signal will be not symmetrical anymore? For recording at home this would not be a problem since there is only 1,50 meters of cable length required into my preamps and DAW. But for live use with P.A. would you recommend I use the the monitor stereo output into stereo DI?
as soon as you turn the XLR into stereo the signal will no longer be balanced. For live playing you could either use the monitor outputs which deliver a balanced stereo signal or use the XLR out with the correct adapter and a pair of DI boxes.

If you get reverb/delay only while the output source is Master Stereo you must be using the wrong type of adaptor.
Try this one instead
Cordial EY 0,3 FMM elementsY-Adapter Length: 0.3 m, Left/right coded - unbalanced, 1x XLR 3-pin female to 2x XLR 3-pin male, Conductor area : 2 x 2 x 0.14 mm², PVC sheath, 90% cover,…www.thomann.de -
you can set the level of a rig with the Rig volume parameter. Make sure to store the rig after you have changed the value of the Rig volume parameter.

Hmmm.
There is a reply from "Burkhard" "You opened a support ticket on the 15th".
There is a reply from "Kemper Support #1" on August 14, 2024 in this thread saying "your ticket has been forwarded".
Time machine?rnrgeek Please let us know how it was solved because this can hit anyone from us. Thank you. Hopefully just the response from 20th was lost and there is a solution.
these were 2 cases by different customers

the level of the signal is controlled by the Rig Volume parameter but since it is not possible to clip the USB audio signal you might as well record it at the full level and simply reduce the signal afterward by lowering the channel fader of the track that you recorded.
-
are you using an adapter to connect the headphones?

Sending program change commands from the MIDI output of the Profiler can only be achieved in performance mode.
You can send 2 program changes for every slot in every performance.
You can find a detailed description of the process on page 402 in the current version of the main manual that you can download from the following link:

-
the -12 dB option only affects the main outputs. If you connect the FR cab to the monitor output you can control it completely independently from the main out put. Make sure to use the line level inputs on your mixing desk to avoid clipping.

This is ridiculous. I do tech support for a living so it's not like I'm technically stupid.
I have been emailing Kemper Support which takes forever. They said I need to update to a later version before I can go to the current version.
They sent me a kaos.bin file to update to before downloading the latest version.
Very little guidance. I am super frustrated.
I plug the USB stick into the Kemper with the file they sent on it. Nothing happens. I've tried starting up the Kemper with the USB stick in it. Nothing happens. How do you update this #$%$^% Kemper please?I looked at the response you received in your ticket yesterday and it came with a PDF file called "How to update" which explains the process in great detail. If you still cannot update there might be an issue with the stick or the USB port on your Profiler. Since your last email arrived yesterday after our office had already closed you will receive a response today.
