Hi,

FYI, I'm running 10.13.6 as well and no issues w/ RM
mac 10.15.2 here. Can you tell me specifically how you start a new folder? I'm sure I'm missing something easy. Thank you
Just saw this.
All I’ve needed to do is right click on the local folders and the option appears.
Some touch interface tweaks/improvements would be nice. Mostly it works now, but the dials in the editor don't really work very well with my touchscreen. kinda just goes all the way up, or all the way down. (I use a surface just for my kemper because my main PC has windows 7, and I have no other need or desire to upgrade it, and I would rather not have two keyboards/mice at my workstation.)
A minor frivolous thing, but it would be cool.
A bit late to the party - just downloaded the RM beta and updated my stage... everything went well and really enjoying the editor! Many thanks to the Kemper Team!
I don’t know if it has been mentioned by others. And I am also still running the first beta. So maybe it has been solved.
If I want to move an effect from one block to another it disappears. For instance.....if I want a gate in the first slot but the first slot is occupied by a drive or eq. Then I move the drive or eq to the next slot and it vanishes and I have to start over.
I'm STILL getting a load of issues trying to create and save performances, even with the latest BETA RM software.
I created 4 new performances last night, adjust several modules in each of them (dragged and dropped effect modules from the library), saved each performance. Tested this morning, and no changes were saved.
Spent 2 hours today re-building these patches, saving each performance, and when I navigate back to them, again - the changes have NOT been saved.
This is incredibly frustrating!
Yeah, another user with problems creating performances. It's really vexatious when I make a change and click save and then it turns out that nothing was saved at all.
Until they fix it, I'm just in the habit of pressing Store on the Kemper.

They annoying thing is, sometimes it works, and other times it doesn't.... and it kind of defeats the purpose of the editor.
(Plus, having to walk over to the kemper and press 'store' every time is a real PITA).
[Blocked Image: https://i.imgur.com/ZZZ7t0m.png]my rig manager look like this ,windows 10 , 2 k display ...125 percent fonts....
Same problem here. Did you find out what's causing it?
Two main reasons i figured out.
1st running a 32Bit RM on a 64 .Net environment
2nd wrong or missing the Visual C++ 2019 runtime environment.
Boy... I disappear for a month and all kinda stuff pops up....
Ain't that the truth, mate.
The wait was so long that this was bound to happen. I mean, I followed the "we're waiting" thread diligently from the beginning and the one time I had to take a couple of days off checking it to help my dad move house, RM3 appeared on the first day.
The irony of life. At least it keeps things interesting, plus you know how it goes - a watched pot never boils.
IMHO there don't appear to have been as many bugs as I'd expected based on what I've read, so I reckon the team will nail what's been raised already and that should take us straight to a really-stable release. That said, if a bunch of new features is added in a new beta, we'll be bound to see an anomaly or two sneak in...
... the addition of the editor is really a pretty massive change to the existing Rig Manager, from an engineering standpoint. That's a whole lot of new functionality, any of which could have bugs.
This is exactly why I expected to see more bugs, mate. I honestly think they did really-well.
I don't know... the thread got pretty big, pretty quick. But admittedly, I haven't paid a lot of attention to it since I'm still on Windows 7 and can't benefit from the new Rig Manager.
There was a lot of repetition - folks saying, "I'm also experiencing this issue", Bob, so the thread length is deceptive in that sense.
FWIW, I haven't encountered many bugs on my Mac. There seem to be more complaints on the Windows platform though.
Pretty sure these will be ironed out soon too.
i don’t have many bugs on Mac either. There are some pretty glaring functionality issues but I have reported them all on the official bug reporting form and know they will be fixed in due course. However, I haven’t had many crashes and no update problems etc on Mac.
I hear you, mate. The security concerns of W10 have been aired and workarounds suggested elsewhere on the board.
Not sure if it’s been asked, but is there a tuner in RM 3.0?

Nope. Not sure it's planned either
I'm seeing a number of bugs with RM3 on Mac (Mojave).
The main two are:
1. renaming folders - sometimes works, sometimes doesn't retain new name open when reopening RM or collapsing/re-opening parent folder. Other times an unrelated folder will be renamed along with the current one.
2. dragging a profile to another folder usually crashes RM.
I think the Kemper team have done some awesome work though, the editor is fun and efficient to use for sure.
