2x Stereo FX Returns!!
1x Stereo Monitor Output!!
If this means WDW rigs possible ala Dual Amps Configurations.............. I'm totally in!!
I dont think so. I belive this is just double FX loop.

There seems to be profiling in it. It's a button.
I think one of the Return inputs will be input for profiling.
There is *definitely* profiling.
It has profiler written on it. So hopefully it does or it would be false advertising!!
I stand corrected. Just saw in the video where it clearly states "Profiling." You press the browse and perform buttons at the same time.
I'm still betting same price at the toaster/rack. If it's more than that, people are gonna lose it.
I would be really interested if this is water or any other proof or how much sturdier this is than a normal profiler. I would not put anything on this price range on the floor to stomp on. This is either bulletproof or useless.

The Helix rack is $200 cheaper than the floor.
I’d be shocked if Kemper reversed that. It would make zero sense.
It wouldn't surprise me if dual Rigs were possible on this thing, given chip-speed increases since 2011.
I see it like this:
1) If it does dual Rigs, I'd expect an updated Rack and Toaster sooner than I would've otherwise.
2) If it doesn't do dual Rigs, I'd expect updates to the existing hardware to be a long way off.
Reasoning?
1) You wouldn't want to give the floorboard this feature unless you were going to bring it to the Rack and Toaster soon, lest you never hear the end of it from we whining Kemperites.
2) If you updated the existing hardware with this feature, you'd be stuck with the floorboard community's being up-in-arms.

Pretty much my thoughts, even the remote is a lightweight compared to tc's g-system controller you could actually run over with a tank and still play (it's on youtube).
Another thing i would be worried about is kicking the knobs when things get busy on stage, maybe have lock function or something like that.

My price guess is (unpowered toaster + remote) * 85%

Kemper (i.e. CK) seems to be in tune the with TOURING musician types, not the average bar band warriors. For a touring musician, the rack/toaster + remote combo is perfect.
I think this is why they took so long to see the need for a floorboard.

I don't think there is or will be newer and faster DSP from NXP DSP56k family

Yes, but this unit has 3x extra independent outputs (8x in total)
Remember, that in the old unit you can configure the outputs to anything you like (Master, Stack, etc.), which means the possibilities for Wet Dry Rigs have increased substantially!
If you run all those outputs separately through a mixer summing the Dry signal with 2x stereo tracks of FX, the sound will become larger than life!
Now, what I don't think we won't be able to do (unless there's more dsp on this one) is to run multiple/different amps..
What are the dimensions of this thing? It would be interesting to find out.
If it does dual profiles, I will probably upgrade.
Does the July 24 launch date mean that we also get to see the Editor on July 24?

Well, it's made in Germany.. that is pretty reassuring to me!
Guys this is fucking stupid. Release the editor. This is not what people are asking for.
Wrong.
People have been asking for a floor unit for years.
I would bet money that the editor will be released this week.
It’s most certainly not stupid, and you could *very easily* find a more positive way to express your opinion.
Looks good, more fully featured than I expected. Although we’re still guessing about what the feature set exactly is, 2 FX loops? Gotta wonder what other changes are hidden under the hood to make this happen. Anyhow it should please a lot of people that were calling out for a floor unit.
Dual FX might just mean two dedicated FX Loops, controllable via two FX slots. Not necessarily a hint for dual amp capabilities.
At 0:52 in the video you can see our INSANE GB DIESEL profile which is part or the free GUIDORIST RIG PACK! Great job KEMPER TEAM! https://www.kemper-amps.com/news/47/Guidor…-Pack-available
It would be great if it had wifi, or Bluetooth , so it could be used with the new IPAD/IPHONE based editor....
From the button labels it looks like the EQ section has been rolled into the AMP block. Makes sense to me.
Although I have zero desire/need for a floor unit (so my money will be staying firmly in my pocket), and only marginal interest in a software editor, I am delighted for those that do want/need these. If you are going to deliver these you should at list make sure you do it right. By the looks of thongs the Kemper team have delivered something really special ints market segment so it should de really well and make a lot of people very happy. Well done everyone at Kemper.
Impressive as the floor unit looks, the thing that has impressed me most is the marketing campaign. They have played an absolute blinder on that front. Whatever the marketing agency were paid, they were worth every penny/euro
Good, sensible addition to the line. So much for all the people who voiced that this would “betray” the Kemper philosophy. Looking forward to see its features.
