Unable to live chat with Kemper this week?

I have been unable to live chat with Kemper this week, from the US? Always says not available at this time, always before 5 pm in Germany. Anyone else have this problem?

How do you even "live chat" with Kemper? I only see text input contact form on the Support page.

That's what I am referring to, but it occurs generally in real time, so "live". But it has not worked all this week, whereas previous weeks it worked fine except after 5 pm their time.

When contacting Support, they generally reply within 24 hours. Check you spam folder and be a "little more" patient.

In Germany, Easter is a big family get together and holiday time, much more so than many other countries. Its a cultural matter.

In the companies of which I have had "an interest", German colleagues would arrange everything they could, so that they had a good long period away from work over Easter, along with their families.

I wouldn't be surprised if around the Easter period a reduced staffing level was in place for a short while. Kemper excel at customer service, but even so deserve a proper holiday like the rest of their people. Just be patient and I'm sue they will get back to you as soon as they can.

the chat function was available from Tuesday to Friday this week during German business hours. Must have been some technical reason if you did not get thru.
