Ruefus, What do you mean by this? Am I missing a lot? I have the latest profiler version.
He means it the other way around: that video was made with an older version of the software and the newest one (the one you have) has a lot more features. Maybe a few things have been moved around but they are all still there. I suggest you download that latest manual version to get an overview of all the actual options
What OS version are you in and from when is the video? 
Dry signal of a guitar is always mono, the stereo out of the QC can only do dual mono if the source is dry (unless you do dual amps). You can record the dry track as mono and make it stereo when reamping, i don't see a benefit in recording dual mono, rather I would double track it.
I can't recall them ever doing BF....
You can also use a USB Key to export/import

Nope, is very soft, it's not like riding a bike. The extra room for the leg movement makes it easy to use the exp.pedals

Just had a buddy coming around with his Flint...the Tube Bias Trem on the Kemper is definitely on par (a bit more musical to me) Get a good Vibroverb profile and you'll be in vintage heaven.
With all the trems, playing around with the ducking below 1 and adding a bit of volume (also below 1) gives them a lot of dynamics.
I would love to get even more depth, though

Once upon a time it was possible to enable/disable the entire fx sections, if an old Rig was saved in this state it cannot be enabled anymore

For you have it only on the DAW or also from the Outputs of the Kemper? Played with it almost 3 hours today and no issues, but I was not recording
IOS and Android RM are not yet updated and do not connect (hopefully soon, I use it also Live). Otherwise at a first sight (playing with it since 1 hour only) they are all very nice, specially Bias, Opto and Harmonic. It will not kick my Spaceman Delta II out of the board (but that's a pretty unique Trem) but honestly they are good enough for 99% of the needs. Great job from Kemper.
Be careful if you put them on a mono block: the panner ones goes in loop even only by scrolling through them and they whistle like crazy (like a mic in front of his speaker), had my monitors pretty loud and it hurted!
