On a PC, MAC, or iOS?
If on a PC, then you should find it in the downloads folder and unzip the file which will get you the exe file to install the program.

What dmatthews said.

welcome to the family ?

On a mac it automatically asks you if you want to install. If you say yes it installs and creates a shortcut in the program bar then asks if you want to clean up the install files and send them to trash.

On my MAC the download doesn't show any rigs or profiles except the ones I have personally made, nor performances now! Support hasn't even been able to solve this for me. Anyone have a solution for this? I was previously seeing thousands of profiles, now I have 195 total.

Wow, that is weird Gary. I have no idea what might have caused this. I know this is super obvious and you have probably already looked at it but I don’t suppose it could be something as stupid as the folders are closed and therefore don’t appear to show information. You have no idea how many times I have done this sort of daft stuff ?♂️

Thanks Alan, sure I've done daft things before, but these folders all register"0" rigs, and none of the "special" profile packs are even there.
Weird.

Just had a thought Gary. I did once have a similar(ish) issue (and I think I might have seen other threads mentioning it). It turned out that RM/RE wasn’t registering my login credentials. Once I signed out and back in again.

That sounds like a good idea Alan, I'll try that over the weekend. Thanks for helping out.

If you can see it in the app store it should work. If you can't find it, then no. Full disclosure, I don't know Apple.

iPad only so far.

Please bear in mind that functionality of PC version of Rig Manager is by far bigger then iPad version. There is quite good description in Main Manual 8.5, see chapter Rig Manager.

Best is to use a PC or Mac attached by USB to host the full version of Rig Manager that is hosted on the Kemper site. You can store all your rigs and audition them and edit them from Rig Manager.
There is a recently released editor for the currently loaded patch that works with iPad via wifi for the Stage only. Some users are developing workarounds for the older (Toaster/Rack) versions of the KPA but these are not directly supported by Kemper at this stage AFAIK.

Thank you. Very much
