I asked them to change my order payment method as well and they refused saying the saying that due to a glitch in their store they are unable and that I will only be able to pay via bank transfer.
Note all was in German when I was ordering and I had no idea what I was signing up for! The bank transfer is going to increase the cost of an already overpriced item! Seriously reconsidering!

Got Mail today that Remote is on they way, Tracking-Number included.
So it seems things go on faster

I had to use the bank transfer payment option also. I'd just as soon not have to pay an extra $60. I haven't opened any kind of support ticket. Is that what I have to do to change payment method? -

It's almost like they want me to stay with the bank transfer...just change it to paypal already. I don't want to hear it's a GLITCH. Unacceptable for a company that makes something as intricate as the kemper to not be able to fix a website issue?

I want paypal for payment...not bank transfer. Still trying to get this resolved since December I believe or whenever the early bird orders started. -
I asked the same thing a couple of days back and got an email today telling me it's not possible.
"Dear Sambrox,thank you very much for your email.
I'm sorry but through to our online shop system it's not possible to change
the payment method afterwards.
Please wait to receive the proforma invoice soon.
Thank you very much for your patience."Pretty annoying for me, but I'll find a way around it. I don't want to miss out.

Don't feel bad, I cancelled my order a while back, recieved a confirmation e-mail saying it was cancelled, yet I still have received a couple more emails stating it is still a go. Whether it is or not I don't know, but this whole deal has been a joke.
The latest one says that my remote will ship calender week 15 from April 6th onwards.
I am not going back and forth no more with them on this. I don't know what else to say to them. I did my part and I am done. It will be best that they don't send it and they certainly had better not charge my card.

As the remotes should be reaching some customers by end of week, shouldn't all of us be anticipating an update, one that supports the use of the remote?
Any other features expected in this release that might help the rest us ease the anxiety?

Apologies, I previously said glitch but their exact words were "technical restriction."
