Bought my first Kemper (Toaster) two months ago, gigged with it extensively, but came to the conclusion that a 19"-version would fit my needs better.
So I've sold the Toaster within a day and bought the KPA Rack. Not in the pic is my Remote.[Blocked Image: http://i1078.photobucket.com/albums/w493/JeffSado/IMG_2723_zps4rkbjqvu.jpg]

here's my rig... I use a small Marshall EL34 combo/12"speaker as a monitor and that works fine for me.

Though I' ve been owning the KPA for... hm 1,5 years (?) now, I am still amazed and thrilled by how clean guitar rigs with those seemingly endless possibilities can be these days. Gigging back in the days we would need a utility van + rented trailer. The gig itself took about 5% of the time invested. Things have changed to the better . -

Is that a Moog Expression pedal? If so, how does it work with the Kemper? I used those before I got the Kemper but never used them with Kemper. I liked their feel a lot and I'm looking into an expression pedal now.

yes that's a Moog EP-3. I have 2 of them and they work great .
I also have a Roland EV5 that worksok too, but the feel and sweep of the Moog feels better to me.
Live I only use 1 expression combined for wah and volume. Is that a Moog Expression pedal? If so, how does it work with the Kemper? I used those before I got the Kemper but never used them with Kemper. I liked their feel a lot and I'm looking into an expression pedal now.

Here is my rig. Using a 1x12 from palmer with v30 in it. Sounds great. Using profiles that sound good with v30 in the real amps. Mesa lonestar and friedman at the moment.

Hello,
What kind of Marshall cabinet (type) and speaker (type) do you use?

hi Fligher, this is a stock Marshall Haze 40 EL34 combo with the stock celestion speaker. It got some bad review but I like the sound of it.
I use the power amp in. my KPA is the version without poweramp. From home, small stage and monitoring it works great.[/quote]

Hey Guys,
Brad at Best-Tronics shot me some pix tonight of my new rig they are putting together.
6u shallow rack contains a KPA (non-powered), a Matrix GTX1000, a Furman, a POE for my remote and a custom interface on the back.

6u shallow rack will sit on my guitar cabs and Matrix out will go into cabs for stage sound. I will also have an XLR out from the KPA (I run mono) going up to my pedal board interface and from there on to my front stage CLR's. The other XLR out from KPA goes to FOH.
Ethercon and XLR run in a loom from rack to the pedal board below - along with a standard guitar cable in the loom which will bring signal from my pedal board mounted wireless to the rack. As stated above, XLR outs from pedal board will run to my 2 CLR front stage. Amplifire is purely a backup rig (although it sounds GREAT and I have used it for smaller bar gigs). I like the Peterson tuner and I had space on the board (plenty) so I stuck that on too.
Mission pedals are Volume (black) Morph (green) and Wah/Pitch (silver).

Hmm... much simpler and neater, IMHO, than your previous, Liquid Foot setup.
Don't you miss all those pretty colours?

Thanks. Looking forward to the new rig.
Liquid Foot was very powerful, hoping I don't regret changing to the remote.
I agree it is much neater than my prior rig - which I wired myself . I had the pros do this one for me.

@jjborsa: what are you using the amplifire for? As a spare?

Correct sir - currently the Amplifire is always on the bus as a backup (have never had to use it emergently although I have used it electively for a few club shows) - anyway with the new rig it will just be attached to my pedal board - in the event of a catastrophe with the KPA it will take all of 10 seconds to switch to my Amplifire. Downside is it required a larger pedal board.
