Not sure which thread to post this in. Had to send my KPA in for repair. Browse knob was not working properly. Kemper got in touch with me quickly, and sent the shipping tags quickly. Called the service center to get a status update and they were very helpful. They explained what had to be done and how long it would take. I had double boxed my KPA and they sent it back the same in the same boxes too. Thanks KPA and for the great customer service.

Thankfully, I haven't had to get in touch with Kemper support after a year with my Kemper. Praise like this for the company is always reassuring.

Its funny that such a positive comments on EXCELLENT Kemper service have 5-6 answers, and +76 views , 250 in the best case.
If negative comments (posts) are on, we have 100 answers and + 1.500 views ,or so.People simple like negativities , not positive and good things.
