Although I'd love some more features in the kemper (more flexible routing, morphing on effect buttons)
I'm not sure I understand what you mean but you already can morph using effects buttons, you don't need an expression pedal to morph...

I would really like to do a small dozen batch , but they don't sell these spare cases , too bad ! If you read me Christoph , just PM
I recently replaced mine and bought it directly from Kemper. I don't remember the price thought.

Hi , here is another shot of NAM , maybe the last from me on the forum , I don't want push anyone from the KPA .
This time I used NAM on all bass and guitars , and some pedal captures from tonehunt as well as a real SF300 super fuzz on the 3rd lead
No mastering on this track , no post EQ , it's pretty live & raw & just a little demo

I would love to have this Boss oc-3/oc-5 style feature to use with my acoustic guitar, or for electric jazz.

It is not normal but it's most probably software related, not a faulty hardware. I got this problem once in the past and I contacted the support, I don't remember the exact procedure but it was a simple problem to resolve.
A Kemper with a factory setting should take about 50 seconds to start up and 10 seconds to shut down.

Ooh yes you can! But be carefull because it's very addictive !!

For me the result it s 100%
I made profile of fractal, line 6 and a Universal audio dream 65,the profile sound how the original source, with the same monitor reference
Does the UAD Dream 65 profiles ''feel'' the same as the pedal?

If you have to play a lot of different styles in a gig with a lot of complex FX chains switching in each songs then I would say that it's the logical choice. Total peace of mind backup rig! Of course if you have the money and don't mind about carrying your equipment in double.
For my part, as I didn't experience a lot of problems with my Kemper head thru the years, I choose to go for the lightest backup rig. But I agree that it is far less confortable in the ''peace of mind'' department...

You could also use your MIDI controller for Performance switching plus two effects or whatever you want, and a very small and cheap dual footswitch for rig switching, like this Ampero switch:

I've a mooer blues crab ( 25€second hand ) that sounds better than everything I tried, transparent & beautiful , stays permanently in front of my KPA. sounds way better than tube screamers, that I don't like.
This is a marshall bluesbreaker pedal clone , original is like 300$ no<, so yes I appreciate greatly made clones
I agree 100% here. I tried a lot of expensive blues breaker clones but the pedal I finally kept is the very cheap Mooer Blues Man. Tiny and killer tone!
