Hm...to be honest I have no clue. Did you already execute "Init Globals" (system menu)?

OS 7.1.2.15213 is a version before the Kemper Kone was released. Did you check the output section (some changes there after OS 7)?

If I'm allowed to help, I'd give you the following advice (had to learn some of it too after playing for more than 30 years):
1. Create a simple drum rhythm (foor to the floor is sufficient) to which you can relate your playing.
2. Move your body or a part of your body to the beat. I think it was Al di Meola who said "If you can't tap it, you can't play it". Forget about making mistakes, it's often more important to develop a body feeling. Work on the mistakes isolated after playing the whole song.
3. Develop some finger vibrato, it will sound 100% more musical. If you like to go the hard way (which I recommend), learn it in a rhythmical context right from the start (e.g. 1/8 or triplet vibrato).
4. Turn your fretting so that the fingers are parallel to the frets. It will help you in the future when thing are getting more complex.
5. Use every little opportunity to relax fretting and/or picking hand. A second or even a fraction is often enough.
Your picking hand looks good in my opinion. And you seem to play relaxed which is a good thing as well. Good luck!

Picking more towards the neck in a more flat pick angle (not the often recommended 45° with alternate picking) can help, especially on the higher strings.

I have a similar setup. I have only used it in small spaces so far so I can't really say how it goes on a stage in a hall wrt dispersion but is seems pretty much like other 2x12s I use.
Same here. My room is quite small (approx. 15 m²), so no experience with bigger rooms/stages.
-
In my experience the Kone dispersion is only a little better compared to a normal guitar speaker. At home I have a stereo setup (2 x 1 x12 with Kones) and still I have to stand in the sweet spot. If I move a little the sounds changes quickly.

I think it's not depending on finger lenght. Not that I can sweep pick but I'm getting nearer. And my fingers are the shortest on earth...

Und für alle Saiten hoch oder runter gibt's ja bereits Transpose im Rig Menü oder als Stomp.
-
What do you mean with feedback? Regarding the Kemper delays it's for dialing in the amount of repetitions and has nothing to do with a feedback produced by a guitar and a speaker at high volume.
-
SPDIF (digital) is a separate in- and output, it has nothing to do with monitor or main out (analog).

Missed that, sorry!
I'm pretty sure I don't and never have locked my input. Silly question why would you lock clean sense ( TBH never touch it) ? I might be missing something
If you don‘t lock it, all input settings are loaded from the rig you‘re using.
-
It is global when input is locked. See post #12.
-
If you have your input locked....most people don;t...otherwsie I don't think its global ( made me question it now
I think it's vice versa...most people have it locked due to the Clean Sens setting. In this case the setting of the NG is gobal too. If the input is not locked, all the input settings are stored with each rig.
-
Is there any advantage to using the noise gate knob vs one in a stomp position?
It depends. If you have your input locked, the global NG is locked as well across all rigs. If you then want individual NG for a rig, the stomp NG is the way to go.

Another cable is worth a try, I think.
-
If you‘re using an USB hub try connecting the Kemper directly to the PC.
-
Did you check the default settings (440 Hz)?
-
Which Kemper model do you own? Head/Stage/powered/unpowered?
-
It‘s been a long time that I watched a whole show on YT, but man... this is f***ing great! Great performance. This album was a paradigm shift in guitar history.

Ja, ich hab das Teil zu Hause. Ich kann nichts Negatives feststellen, allerdings mach ich‘s nur so ca. 70-80 dB laut. Also keine Erfahrung mit Live- oder Probenlautstärke.
