Are these new OD's available in the Distortion slot like the Green Scream? If so, why did they not load with the 8.0 software uograde?

So if you can't connect to the Rig Manager server you can't use the editor?

I'm about to buy a couple of Bert's packs - if they are as good as the free ones then I expect that before long I will buy the full pack.
Eric
Bert's profiles are the top tier of Kemper profiles. If you do not have any of his packs it would be worth it to get the Full Pack. They are that good.
-
Can't have just three need 4.
Bert Meulendijk Kemper Profiles - All of his packs are outstanding
Guidorist Profiles - All his profiles are outstanding
Blackmore Marshall Major profiles [Flying Snowman Prods] - Only the one amp a Marshall Major but it sounds like the real deal.
Katzbach's Marshall profiles are amazing and buying the Bundle is a no brainer, get it!
These four profilers are outstanding. Everything they make sounds great. What I really like about all four of them is their sound samples sound just like what you download. IMHO a lot of other profilers do not sound the same.
Honorable mentions TMS, Soundside. These are very good also.
Whisper me for ones to avoid, IMHO

Thank You All.

Where can I buy the Kemper Remote? I checked the US stores and it looks like they only sell it with a profiler.
-
I cannot change my billing address. It says "regionId is a required field." But I filled in all the required fields. I completed all the fields that had a *.
And when I try to use Paypal anyway it says an error has occurred....
Help!

Flying, Your band sounds great and nice guitar playing.
and Yes the More Black Pack is the real deal as I have mentioned before.

I recommend "Surf's Up", the Factory Legacy rig by Bill Ruppert.
I’ve used it (and edited versions of it) to record several Surf instrumentals.
I’ve also used his Surf Organ rig
Where can I find the "Surf's Up" and "Surf Organ" rigs? I cannot find them on Rig Manager, or any rig pack named "Factory Legacy rig by Bill Ruppert."
I also cannot find a Factory Legacy rig or pack. While writing this I did find "Surf's Up" in the "Rig Pack 02 July-2012 v.2" rig pack

These profiles are the real deal IMHO.

Just paid for the profiles but did not get them and had no way to get them, see my email.
Edit an Hour Later: Eric got back to me within an hour. I paid with paypal but something messed up and Eric made it right within an hour. The KPA community is the best. Thanks Much for the quick reply.
That pack sounds just like it is advertised, just like Blackmore, very very cool.

Every once in a great while I hear some guitar player just playing couple quick licks and I immediately say to myself "That, is one very good guitar player" After listening to your short impression I just experienced one of those moments. Nice playing.
-
My point was that instead of people incessantly saying they can't get things done without an editor, it's simply not true.
You are correct, but for example to demo cabs on the KPA is a major pain and takes way too much time. An editor would make the task much much faster and not have to push a button over 100-200 time to do it.

You have to be kidding. The KPA may not sound its best to you when not turned up loud but it is a fantastic piece of gear for low volume playing either with a monitor speakers or headphones. You can get great clean, crunch, and high gain sounds at low volumes with the KPA. It may not be the best solution but I think you can do your practice sessions and achieve very good results with the KPA.

Yes, I see the Scarlett.
I'll check when I get home but I know I have MME selected and for input the Scarlett does show up. When I open a track I get the test tone but I cannot get a signal from the Scarlett even though it shows there is a signal from the KPA on the scalett mixer. -
I have been trying to get the scarlette 8i6 and Audacity to work but I cannot get an input into Audacity. The Scarlett mix control see the KPA but nothing in Audacity. I have no idea what to do and the manual is useless.
Is there another Windows program I can use to record just the KPA or record over a jam track? Nothing fancy.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
