Hi guys!
It would be super helpful if you could add a visual graph of the eq curve to the studio equalizer!!
Thank you!

Why? What would it be good for?

Because this will let you understand the Q and the actual effect
There are already lots of info about EQ on the net and if you don’t know how to use q a graph won’t help either.

It would help me, and I'm sure that many others too.
If you don't want this feature it's okay, but I don't care.
This is not a place to bring people down
Trust your ears, nothing else matters, really.
some of the better EQ plugins even have a setting that hides the graphic representation of the EQ curve since it can be distracting.
Using eq with visual reference is something I've been moving away from recently. It is brilliant for finding problem frequencies and notching out something ugly, but I am making better decisions by using conventional plugins with no visual influence.
I like to be distracted. I like visual aids. I would much rather sliders than knobs on EQ.

the issue is that after the physical phenomenon of sound is translated to electric impulses (close enough), the brain can and will act on what and how we hear.
If you are convincing your brain you are changing the sound, maybe by turning a knob on an EQ that isn't even part of the signal chain, your brain can work the expected results into an 'audible' change. This is why the 'producer channel' and similar contraptions 'work'.
It is your mind imposing it's expectations on the 'translated to software' signals.
Our visual sense is the strongest/the one we most rely on everyday, and that is why a representation of an EQ can actually fool you if you believe in it enough - and if you don't believe in it, what's the point of having such a thing.
So, I guess that means a NO.

not necessarily.
what I wrote is my opinion based on my experience, but I do not make the decisions of what will be implemented and what not.
