It's a bit too early to make a definite statement but so far it looks good. At least I haven't found anything that's not working.
-
I upgraded to Catalina and so far no problems. After upgrading your Mac will tell you which apps/programs will not work with Catalina. Pretty easy procedure....
-
I just did and Rig Manager doesn't recognize my Kemper head through USB
-
No issues here with Catalina.
-
I found that I need to keep Rig manager in the foreground to successfully upgrade toaster and stage.
In the background (playing youtube on chrome in the foreground), it failed to upgrade, on both.
-
So far I've notice that RigManager crashes (MacOS Catalina)? It happened four times today. The only thing i did different from yesterday (no issues with RM) was playing along using VLC.

Exact same issue with 10.15.1... Did you sort it out?
-
nope. I plug it in and still nothing. Neither recognize each others existence. Just updated the Kemper to 2.3.11, Rig Manager is 2.3.14, and MacOS 10.15.1. Maybe I've had bad luck but Rig Manager has been pretty much worthless to me the entire time I've owned my Profiler head. The only times I get it to work together, one of the two freezes up, usually the Kemper, and then I just bail on it and do in manually with a flash drive and a lot of button presses. I don't know what it's like to successfully use.
-
I also am having no luck with Rig Manager seeing Kemper via USB on Catalina
-
I’m using RM on Catalina and it seems fine.
-
My MacBook Pro on 15.1 cannot see the Kemper either....
-
I cannot get RM 3.0 to open on my MacBook Pro running 10.15. I've restarted, uninstalled, reinstalled, etc. It's like Christmas morning but my present is locked in a safe!
-
Did you try to cleanup your rigmanger installation ?
Go to the Download/Tools section and download CUS_MAC or CUS_WINDOWS.
Maybe this helps.
-
I’ve had a few RM crashes but had no trouble getting RM set up.
-
I installed RM 3.0 on my iMac and on my MacBook Pro. It runs smoothly on the MacBook, but refuses to start on the iMac. Crashes all the time.
That said, it seems to be a Mac OS issue - although I don't care. I expect both companies to provide me software that works.
-
Using Rig Manager 3.0 with macOS 10.15.1 Catalina on MacBook Pro. Works perfect.
-
You guys are killing me! I'm running 10.15.1 on both my iMac desktop and MacBook. RM 3.0 opens briefly, starts to synch, then crashes. Every time.
-
There is a problem in Catalina when Rig Manager tries to open a message box during startup (e.g. if the auto backup did not work). This crash will be fixed in the next beta.

As one of the Mac/Catalina users who hasn't been able to launch RM 3.0 successfully, this is encouraging. When I try to launch RM 3.0, it crashes in less than a second. I don't see any indication that it is trying to open a message box during that brief moment, but I'm not sure I would.
