I don't understand this suggestion.
Is "tempo analyzer" the Beat Scanner?
Does "without staying pressed switch" refer to the TAP button?
Do "tremolo pan" and "pan" refer to PROFILER effects? There is an effect type Tremolo, but no "pan".
Please use the exact PROFILER terminology as much as possible.
I guess that means either accepting tempo from the midi connection or tap tempo?
… and the PROFILER does both. It can send and receive MIDI clock. You can also tap the tempo via TAP button on the Remote, any connected analog momentary switch or MIDI control change #30.
Yes but it suppose that you stay support the tap tempo switch, it's not automatic
but it seems the tap tempo sets the same bpm for all stomp like chorus, trem, etc. and not only for the delay. Is there possible to set the effects that are not delay independent of the bpm of the delay?
Like @Burkhardi don’t really understand what you are trying to achieve. Could you give one or more specif examples of what you want to happen and how you think the KPA is providing something different.
I would like that the kemper analyze automatically the tempo and adapt the time delay or the time panning automatically too (without staying support the tap tempo switch).
Why?
In most cases the quickest way to get the delays in sync with a band it just to tap the tempo button a few times - job done.
Yes but it suppose that you stay support the tap tempo switch, it's not automatic
Depending on what you play any constant automatic could be mislead. If you press and hold the TAP button or send MIDI control change 30 value>0 Beat Scanner gets activated and detects your playing tempo automatically. That is completely sufficient as your tempo isn't changing constantly during a song.

While there is only one bpm at a time in a song, which all musicians hopefully follow, the parameters Note Value and Rate available in various effect types can relate to these bpm differently. The delays also offer an option "To Tempo" to decouple their timing from Tempo completely and set it in milliseconds instead of note values. This is all explained in great detail in the Main Manual chapter Tempo.
