Same problem here. Done it twice and still have that prompt every time I open rig manager.
Doesn't sound like the update is completing. Go to your folder for downloads, find the latest RM installer file and run that. See if that doesn't get you off the merry-go-round.
delete the Rig Manager app in /Applications/ and install again. If it still happens, you are having multiple Rig Managers on your system.
I have this happen randomly....I can go days all fine then suddenly "update required"..
I dont do anything and next time its all fine again.
I have the same issue. I uninstalled RM and installed the new version. But the message stays
I had this issue as well. I actually just manually went to the Kemper site, downloaded the latest version and installed it over my current install. Seems to have resolved the issue.
That's still not the latest version, by the way; it's 2.0.17.
No word yet as to why this is, but I've been checking periodically for 2.0.19 with no luck so far.
Same problem here! Removed all previous versions but no result. Message keeps on coming. I have version V2.0.17.12837 (March 2017)
