All is in the tittle.
When i set the EQ section in the stack or other eq, i realize that the EQs might be more reactive and might allow to twist the profiles easier.

Try using adding an EQ stomp in an FX slot to change the input to the amp, or an EQ in the X slot for more radical EQ changes.
Between the tonestack EQ and the stomp EQs, I think the Kemper is more thank adequate in that department. I should know...my previous modeler was a POD HD!!! (cringe)
Also note that you can change the position of the amp EQ as well. Post amp is always more 'effective' sounding whereas pre amp changes more the character of distortion.

The STACK EQ has quite a range and a very musical sound.
For surgical or more drastic EQ, use a Studio EQ, which features Lo- and Hi-Pass, Lo- and Hi-Shelf and two bands of parametric eq. With a narrow Q these parametric bands can make very precise adjustments.
Also, try Definition to alter the basic character of the tone, many use this parameter before further eq-ing.
