Nice! Was a great vid to watch, thanks for posting! Out of curiosity, what profile were you using for your rhythm sound?
For this band's stuff, my main rhythm tone (the one in this video) is an MBritt Custom Audio Electronics 100+. I think he labels it as "Custodian." I just boost the treble and presence a little and it's amazing! As good as it sounds live, it's WAY better in person when you can really feel it!

Thanx, great story!
The Kemper is coming! (Just 32 seconds)

OhG,
Very cool video! That's an awesome stage you got to play in, and your rig sounded great.

Personally I found it irritating...you get to rub shoulders with top bands, you're clearly in a top band, love your guitar, your sound is excellent, you're probably a better guitarist than me...etc.
Seriously, top job dude, well impressive, the whole thing!
Right, better get back to my office job

LMAO. Thank you for the very undeserved compliments! I'd consider myself a very good guitarist, at best. There are plenty of people out there that run circles around me and make me wonder what the hell i'm doing playing guitar. Or ATTEMPTING to play guitar. The sound on the other hand, I can confirm was amazing. Even better in person. But that was thanks to the Kemper.
I had a great time pretending to be a rock star and enjoying the rock star life that day hanging with the big bands, big stage, all access stuff, catering, massages, etc. But make no mistake, today, I'm also back behind my desk working my regular 9-5 job (in Human Resources if you can believe that!). But I think that's what made me appreciate that gig so much. Because it's not a regular thing for me, and I wanted to enjoy every second of it.

So you're a bad ass HR guy...

Yip! Official title on my job description. Haha!

Do you avoid looking out of the office window in the morning so you'll have something to do in the afternoon, OhG?
-
LOL. I hate my day job! But, it funds my nightly habits.

Very cool video OhG! I'd looove to play rockstar for a day. Your band looked like you rocked the audience !
Thanks for sharing. -
