I don't know whether there's a problem with the firmware or the Rig Manager, but for the second time my KPA has chosen to make a copy of Performance 1 (overwriting Performance 2) while I was editing in Browse mode with the Rig Manager open. For the second time I now have to go back to an earlier version of one of my band's performances as re-edit the whole damn lot again. I know this is a lesson in remembering to back up performances but this really should not be happening!

A little more info... What firmware version?

Yep, these things happen to me as well, and make me very nervous ...

Same thing happened to me. 4.0.2. Pissed me off...

Had similar problems before I updated with RM1.5.41. Now I have no fail function with 4.0.2. -
Same here. But only one of the slots of the performance last in use gets overwritten with the rig in the first slot,
FW: 4.02

Performance Mode Crashes -
Same here, very frustrating. Gigged the amp instead Friday because I was a bit worried about it.
-
It happened to me too. But it only happened when I had a very old rig somewhere in any of the performances. In my case I had trouble with the old Jazz Chorus from a previous firmware version and several Marshall 6100 profiles from TAF (IIRC).
When I don't use these Profiles all together then everything runs fine. Add the Jazz Chorus anywhere in a performance and I get the problems you've described above. When I insert a 6100 profile then it's even worse. Changing gain in slot one changes the amp type in slot 3 and things like that.
Repairing Rigs didn't make a difference. Only using current rigs did. Not single hiccup since then.

Sure, no problem. I will have to find the offending Rigs in my library and try to create a step by step guide about how to recreate the errors.

I asked my dealer what to do when I first encountered the problem. They said that I had to send the device to them and they'll take care of it. But they could not reproduce the issue.

Mhhh... the issue might also lay in the RM+computer interaction...
