Sorry for answering so late. I thought I had found out myself and so I deleted my request. It happens only with the rock organ. My guess is that there is too much signalpower at work. So I turned done the organ signal a bit and went a bit easier on the picking. Job done. Might I add that you've done a tremendous work with this stomp box. The sounds are right in every aspect.
