Hi there everyone.
I've been experiencing this problem fpr a little while: i mostly use MBritt profiles (especially the lovely Dirty Laverne and JTM145) with different guitars, and when I connect higher-output guitars to the Kemper (say Parker Fly or even my Suhr Classic which is equipped with high output single coils) I can hear (especially using headphones) a somewhat "digital" and annoying "zing", an excess of high frequency transients, coming out from the kemper. It's a very digital sounding, glassy, ear piercing high frequency that happens on the attack of the notes.
I find myself dealing with the "definition" and "pick" controls of the Amp section to try and reduce the zing, but at the expense of a great loss of note definition and clarity.
Lower output pickups are better. Darker of PAF style humbuckers are much sweeter.
Any help?
Thanks,
Leonardo
