+1. I want full control. Things like 500ms left, 501ms right. Also a stereo separation/width param. Because when made 100%wet with verb, you can get some really interesting, organic sounding reverbs this way

Yes, for 400ms on one side, and 600ms on the other side, that is correct.
The milliseconds approach only works at a specific tempo.
There isn't any math needed, if you approach it from the musical value of the delays. One delay setting can then be used with multiple tempos - tap the tempo, and the delay fits the music.
For your example:
Set the delays to 1/4 and 1/4 dotted, and then tap the tempo. Press store. done 
If you play live, tap the drummer's current tempo.
If your are recording, and want to record the delays - it is the same. Tap, then record.
This. Also, the Profiler can listen to your strumming and get the tempo from there.

I didn't see controls on the other 2 delays to set the left and right attributes. Am I missing something?
You use the ratio parameter

(Only in Tap Delay). These two parameters set the delay time of the left and right delay taps in musical values, creating a nice little delay pattern. Setting both taps to the same value will produce a mono delay, while different values will create a ping-pong delay. Only the left delay will feed its signal back to both taps, so it’s a good idea to set the left to a bigger value than the right; this will result in a true ping-pong effect. Swapping the values will result in a different pattern. The settings are mostly in multiples of a 16th notes, including odd values like 5/16 or 7/16. To create more complex and interesting rhythm patterns, try using a mix of odd and even values.

♦ Delay Time & Delay Ratio
(Only in Free Delay and Analog Delay). The “Delay Time” is set in milliseconds. The “Delay Ratio” determines the ratio of different delay times between the left and right delay taps. The “Delay Time” always represents the longer delay tap, the other “Delay Time” is just a divider of the displayed time. As with the Tap Delay, the feedback is only taken from the left delay tap; thus, swapping the ratio of the left and right delay tap will not only reverse the stereo sides, but also produce a different rhythm pattern.
Maybe theres a confusion in terminology but i consider a true ping pong delay to have equal time between left and right delays.
So left repeats at 200, 600, 1000 ms and right repeats at 400, 800, 1200 ms. Cant do that with any of the delays.

Not really, because every two repetitions the two channels would play at the same time

Its not ping ponging back and forth, although it sounds a bit similar
A true ping pong would need repeats every x ms on one side and (every x ms) - 1/2 x on the other
Even with independent times for left and right it doesnt work. It needs one side to be offset from the other with both using the same time.
Or another way to think ab it is a repeat every x ms, but alternating l/r
The "limitation" on the actual delay on the KPA is that the repetition loop goes only on the left side of the delay. So, we can have a lot of interesting settings, but it is not completely flexible and the two channel left and right are not indipendent each other.
A complete stereo delay have also feedback and mix parameters indipendent left vs right. All the digital pedalboard works in this way already now. I'm sure they will enhance this section on the Kemper team since a lot of people asked for this, it's just a matter of time and priority...
