to answer your questions: the reason why you didn't receive a notification on when your Remote will ship is that you are not registered as an early bird (at least not with the email address you were using to order). The reason why you cannot see updates is that you checked out without creating an account you can log into later. I found your emails now, in the future, please use the form on our website to contact us - this way, your questions end up at our support/sales department and we will be able to reply in a quicker fashion.

sorry to say but that really sucks. it should have been clarified that you have to register in order to be an early bird. i have already paid the remote an i am a day one kemper user but this is really dissapointing. now i have to wait over 3 months.
They did say you have to register with your email if you want on the list.
Yes, instructions for the registration procedure were all over this forum, impossible to miss them here. And seeing as the Early Bird initiative was explicitly presented as a friendly gesture towards active forum members, there was no reason to put them anywhere else.
Feel bad for you for having to wait longer but... it will come eventually!
