Beautiful! How long did it take you to build this?
Thanks Ingo, the pure working time was about 2 hours.

This little guy came in yesterday (just in case someone wants to see a "real" picture of it and I hope I'm in the right forum, lol). Great tool for mini sessions or just going through rigs in the studio.

Love scrolling through this page and seeing the diversity of how everyone gets their sound. Gives me plenty of ideas, too.
Anybody use Hosa cables or adaptors in their rigs? There are a couple Kemperites in the office here, myself included.

Nice to see another Power Station user!
So far my favorite power amp with my Kemper!
Hey guys! Yes, I too have found that using the monitor out to a Tube Power Amp sounds FAR SUPERIOR than running my XiTone cabs with an SS Amp from the main outs with the cab sim on. So I'm currently using the main outs going into a mesa boogie 295 stereo tube power amp (70lbs!). Unfortunately I cannot make use of the "Main outs to the FoH with this, so the Freyette Power Station is the ultimate fix: Monitor out / cab off to Freyette PS to Mesa Boogie Cab with V30's - and also main outs / cabs on to the FoH. AWESOME!!!!!!

Although the images below look like a rats nest of wires, the actual 4CM connections between those two is really simple. I run the Main Output of the Kemper into the Input 2 FX Return of the Axe FX II. I also run a single cable from the Output 2 FX Send (L) on the Axe FX II into the front input of the Kemper. That's it. The rest is standard; Connect the Axe FX to my audio interface via Output 1, though I additionally connect via S/PDIF.
I figured out a better way to run both Axe Fx 2 and Kemper by using an RJM mixer(at least for me) I just plug the outs from the Kemper(dry) to the mixer and the outs from the Axe Fx 2(wet) to the other inputs of the mixer then from the mixer to a power amp(mesa 2 90) It sounds more open and clearer this way than instead of plugging the outs of the Kemper to the Axe Fx 2. this way you're not going through the AD/DA converters 3 times which decreases latency. Try it out and see if you can hear a difference. I'm using the Performance Mode on the Kemper and the Axe Fx 2's scenes(5) so when I step on the Scene 1 foot-switch on the MFC101 it will switch to slot 1 on the Kemper(for example)

You can do it that way, however I run the Kemper into the loop of the Axe-FX using 4CM so that I can use the effects of the Axe-FX before and/or after the Kemper's amps. Otherwise, I'd just connect both separately into my Focusrite. I've tested the sound quality of the Kemper connected directly to the Focusrite as well as through the loop of the Axe, and to my ears if there's a difference, I can't hear it. The standard latency I'm getting from the Focusrite by itself using ASIO is 3ms. -
