OMG! What many including myself have been waiting years for. Updated Tremolo coming to us in a matter of weeks. Vintage tube style trem, harmonic trem and modern slicer trems. They all sound great! I can't wait to try them myself.

Kemper is the gift that keep on giving.

Do we have any idea when this update is likely to arrive? Christoph seemed to indicate it was almost done in a video.

Those have been available for quite a long time.

New effects were announced at NAMM:

I'm not even seeing a beta out for it yet. Not complaining, because I'd rather have the update be good than fast, but I wonder if we'll see the beta out there prior to the full release.

Yes, this is one of things I have been hoping for - some more rhythmic tremolo type options. Any word on when these effects might be available?

I hope soon! I'm really looking forward to this update. In the Tone Junkie youtube from Namm 2 months ago, Christoph said he thought it would be released in weeks, not months. I check the download section everyday with fingers crossed.

He said three things about this: "couple of weeks", he echoed the interviewer's "weeks not months", and he said, somewhat jokingly "maybe May".

The update could be next week, next month, May, or some date after that. That's the way it goes with software sometimes almost always.

I guess things might slow down due to additional updates of the player … but this update will be amazing!!!

It took me until the gig last week when I used the acoustic fx in parallel path for the first time … quite nice …

I am very appreciative that the Kemper continually gets updated so many years after its release. I wish other manufacturers did the same. Each one of the effect updates has been a great addition to what already is a fantastic and indispensable piece of gear for me. But I can't help wondering when this Tremolo update we saw on the Namm video from last January be released? Christoph said he thought it would be weeks, not months. Then he said, maybe May. It seemed near ready to go 7 months ago. I wonder if anyone knows anything more about when it will actually come out? I'm jonesing for that harmonic trem effect.
