not much new
the bug that never end
"it introduces many improvements in the areas Audio, User Interface as well as Performance and Stability."
Are the artifacts fixed?
(I don't want to upgrade in vain because I have more then 1500 rigs on my KPA - so I still use 1.5.2 yet).

I think this compares it to the last 'release' version which was back at 1.1.0. The recent updates have all been betas. Here's hoping that now they have a stable release version they will hit us with some crazy experimental new beta...like a little animated Xmas tree on boot up along with the message, 'all available dsp now used, have a nice day.'
ROTFLMAO!!!!!

That would be epic
BTW: 1.5.4 says "public beta" on the systems page?? It should be "release", right?

Yeah, that's the basics and understand.
But I read that there are complications that can occur. And this part of the installation is what confuses me.
It is necessary to take any precautions?
If so, which ones?
Thank you!

No special precautions necessary. Doing a backup before updating is always good practice.
With 799 profiles on your KPA you won't have any difficulties.

This is what happened to me tonight after a gig. Played the gig fine.....turned it off at the end of the night only to notice the red flashing light. I'm guessing its a glitch in the firmware. Not impressed I have to say.
