How long does it take for Kemper Support to reply with RMA number?

Hi,
Has anyone experience with Kemper Support respons time?
I contacted them for a support request and got a reply with a form to fill in really fast.
But then after sending the form it remains silent (I thought that would be fast too).
What are your experiences?

24hrs. During the work week M-F. People like to have off on weekends.

I had many problems with my Stage at the beginning (youth problems)....

The support replied the same day or the day after.... And was very helpfull !

I sent a request a week ago, it remains unanswered. After form was sent, I received no responder to confirm that it was received. 🤷🏻‍♂️
