Instead of connecting the profiler head to a router, does anyone connect it to a repeater and make use of the Rig Manger app? And how can one combine the remote controller with WiFi on the profiler head (only one network socket)?
Repeater to connect a profiler head to WiFi?

I plugged my Toaster into my router, and I have a POE switch connected to it as well. Then plug the remote into the POE switch and they see each other immediately. App works great.

my router is too far from my Toaster, so I think about a small repeater.
Does someone tried it? I guess it would also a good option for the Stage

Have 4 repeaters installed here. The Stage (like any other gear) sees one and the same Network. No Problem at all

I run a meshed Asus network. The main/core router is downstairs, and the mesh router is upstairs in my office/music room.
They are meshed via Wifi, and the Toaster is plugged into the upstairs router.

I tried with a repeater/extender, could connect with my iPad, not with my LapTop (the Profiler is not seen).
Is there a specific setting for Rig Manager on NacOS?
