When editing an off effect module, it is necessary to turn the effect module on, edit the parameters, and then turn it off again.
I think it would be useful to be able to edit modules while they are off.

How can you effectively edit a module if you cannot hear it?
It might be nice to be able to see the settings of an effect that is off without the need to turn it on first (just for a quick reference) but I can see how you can edit a sound you can’t hear.
Effects with similar settings are used on multiple rigs.
Sometimes, when I realize that I should change the value of an effect on one rig, I change the effect settings on another rigs.
In this case, if I check the sound of two or three rigs, I may not need to check the sound of all of rigs.
(In some cases, the lock function may not be effective due to slightly different effect settings or different effects being turned on and off.)
Most importantly, I think it's inconvenient that I can't see the settings unless I turn on the effect module.
In Axe-fx, it was convenient to see the settings for the off effects as well.
