Is there a mute feature on the Profiler Stage that I could use if I want to quickly unplug or change to another instrument? Couldn't find that in the manual.

Press TUNER button. By default "Mute Signal" is activated in Tuner Mode.

...plus by using this, you can quick check the tuning of your changed instrument, so for me, works really well live.
Also if you use an expression pedal to cover volume, it will automatically switch to tuner at zero volume..
