drag the icon in signal chain in Local library folder.
In this way You will always have that effect saved there and You can add it in any orher rig You want

Thank you, but what about simply "copy-Paste" ?
Being not kind, I'll say "kemper says you : find yourself a solution", ok, i believed it was "kemper promised you a solution":)?More I try the Ring Manager, less Im confident...

I am looking for a similar solution. I'd like to copy a preset from a rig and paste it to other rigs without having to drag it every time from my presets folder. It is still usable but just a bit cumbersome. If the capability is in there and I just have not found it please let me know.

Hop that would be done in a next update. Seems to be a normal and useful stuff.

Others have asked for the same thing.
I put forward a feature request for this a couple of months ago.

yes, copy/paste without the need to create a preset to drag and drop would be a big improvement to the workflow for many of us.

Copy & paste is so prevalent in applications, that I found myself using it in Rig Manager with muscle memory. Sadly it didn't work:-)
If you don't want to create a preset, you can use the work around to drag an effect to the desktop for temporary use.
