    Yes! totally agree with lespauled,

as far as I understand reading the manual, you can burn the original amp's setting and retrofit any profile.

but a couple of queston :

    1) do You exactly know the real amp's settings when it has been profiled? Probably only if You profiiled by Yourself and You take Note

Some ( a lot) profiles creators do Not include amps settings at all, anywhere, not in the comments filed, nor in a datasheet.pdf or whatever

    2) Is there actually a Liquid Model of That Amp?

there are many already included in the list, and theay are all appliable, but are they actually the Right one?

About Marshall, I see 2 for JTM, 2 for Plexi and 1 for JCM800, ok fine!

But actually none of the marshall I have/had, or just passed here, had a Stock tone stack of a JTM/Plexi/JCM800 so...

I'd never have and faithfull reaction from a Kemper liquid profile anyhow,

Just to be clear, I Don't mean that LQD is totally useless for me, ... it's a good way to have different behaves than the ''kemper generic'' EQ and Gain I've used to. Something that brings my profiles beyond what I've immagined. Pretty cool in the end.

    You need a Marshall :D:D

Seriously I've never had the Boss Feedbacker Pedal You've mentioned but to get a Real feedback you Need Volume!(..as they aready told You)

I have the BlueCat AcouFiend plugin and it's not bad at all, in mixing .. but it will not give you the real wilde, almost random, thing You'd have for real.

Sometimes a whawah pedal may also works as "sustainer" and may hepls to get a sort of feedback with studio monitors but again.. You need Volume. There's no shortcut.

    See here around 1.20

I was looking for a very special amp and it happened to be available only at ChopTones. I also happen to have exactly the same amp in my studio and can confirm that the ChopTones profiles reproduce my amp exactly, including tone and dynamics.

Honestly I've been a bit disappointed with choptones, expecially about a Particular amp I've sold them and later I've bought their profiles. Of that exact special amp.

Sorry to say this, but I prefer my personal DA profiles + celestion IRs than their multiple versions.

Anyway...probably just a matter of tastes.

[I don't use profilers usb drivers.]

I had an (1) issue with the tuner too.

It worked as usual if I manually switch to tuner with the chicken knob, but it didn't turn on tuner mode if I send the CC from my midi pedalboard.

It just happened one time and looks Ok now after a reboot.

About OS version, I've managed to switch back to last Release version (10.2.xxx) only via USB pen.

Copy the 10.2 file (.bin) in the OS update folder of the usb pen and Rename it "Kaos" (leave the estension .bin)

In this way The profiler asked me if I want to install the "new" OS

    I Hope it helps!

*Ops sorry I was talking about the head not the stage

    I've notice tonight, playing my ''warm up playlist'' that all my Cleans (different Rigs in different performances) sound weaker, at a lower volume than my dirty sounds;

I can barely hear what I'm Playing and I'm Pretty sure they've been already ''perfectly'' balaced before, each one in every preformance.

Ok, I haven't installed the Beta verisons in a while. I know Os 11 has been tested for a long time, but I've Installed the last Release just Yesterday (the same day it came out right?).

Feels like All my Clean sounds are Lower in Volume than distorted ones since..Yesterday when I've installed Os 11.1.53 !

Could it be related to the ''Clean Compensation'' recently introduced? (I'm Coming from 10.2.1)

I did't touch anything about it. Clean Compensation is set at 10.0 in each Rig.

And Yes, I've already checked my Input settings about Clean and Distorsion set (first thing that came in my mind to check) But That's OK!

I've saved different input settings for different guitars, but I'm using the right one.

    Any Idea?

Am I getting old and deaf? (please don't tell me This! I'm already felling Older and more deaf than I Am)

You CAN restore to the original profiled state:

*Press AMP to open AMP Module Menu, go to page 4 of 5.

Press Soft button 3, to restore EQ ( Bass, mid, treble and Presence will go back to position <0> )

Press Soft Button 1 to restore Gain AND Definition (they will go back to the position they had when that Profile was originally Created).

*unfortunately you have to do it diretctly On the Device, Option Not available with Rig Manager (right Now, ... I've requested times ago but looks like it's only me to like this Feature)

I mean, probably woudn't fit here just because it is the 1st episode, and it must still sounds .. ''childish''

but I like to imagine this track on this scene, where the glass disappers when the Dirty gtr cames in.

    Hum.. good questions here!

    Following

As far as I know Lqd profiles emulate in a good way the behave of a real amp in terms of EQ And GAIN.

BUT I can't tell You for sure cause I don't have any Amp (and profiled them) in the current list of LQD "masks".

A Great additional function is You can now Retrofit any profile ( if You know for sure the amp's settings during the profiling session)

And you can also find out the original Gain and Definition parameter settings the profiler got originally.

Supposing You've already read everything reported in manuals .. I'm following this thread.
