How to get that Brad Paisley Nervous Breakdown or Brent Mason Hot-Wired hot country tone? This is new territory for me and I just am unaware of what amps they use to get there. I have a Variax so can use tele pickups or strat pickups or a Humbucker or P90 no problem! Any suggested rigs on rig exchange?

There's lots of excess in that rig, that's for sure.
The most important bit for chicken pickin they just glossed over. Each of his pedal boards has a compressor on it, which IMO is the most important for that.

I use the morgan ac20 deluxe rig,, cleaned up a bit and then step on the klon,, and a touch of slapback, gets me pretty close,
Than Morgan is a free amp on rig exchange,

Compressor + Delay + Fender Amp profile will get you most of the way there... it doesn’t have to be complicated. It’s more in the fingers than anything - compression gives the “snap” needed so much for this style.... the delay gives the “slap”.
I prefer a lightly broken up amp as opposed to a overdrive pedal for this stuff - but that’s just me. -
I’m not a real country guru but, in my opinion the idea that the compressor creates the snap in chicken pickin’ is a little misleading. I would try setting the Compressor to have a lot of intensity but a slightly slower attack. This lets the pick transient (snap) come through before the compressor kicks in. The compressor then fills the note out adding sustain and levelling the overall volume

Morse's tone was pretty gainy compared to Albert Lee's.

Gatton is the man.
Also, I've been using a Musicman amp profile ( from TAF I think ) for some country stuff recently, works great.Push the Amp Compression and the 'Pick' setting on the amp in RM.

I love them all. But Danny Gatton is by far my favorites

I use a D*umbl* Steel String Singer clone profile for snappy country.

Johnny can chicken pick with the best of them. This is blues at a Texas Gunslinger level that I just had to share.

some awesome playing clips but we should probably get back to the original question -how do you get that Brent Mason or Johnny Hiland tone?
You start by asking Brent Mason
Then you ask Johnny ?
He starts demonstrating about 2 mins inHe waffles in full on sales mode for about the first 8 mins (although there is obviously some amazing playing to enjoy) but after 8 mins he runs through some actual settings.
He talks about what he likes in a compressed tone at around 2 mins in.

So does anyone actually have recommendations for Kemper compressor settings? I just can’t seem to get that “pop and squish” with the Kemper compressor.
