Hi, folks! I updated my Kemper a few days ago with the rig manager up and usb connected to my computer. There was an error message that said the Kemper is "broken" (actually used that term) and would attempt to fix the problem. What I noticed afterward was that all of my reverbs were gone from the FX list after holding down the reverb button. Only Spring reverb remained. Surprisingly, the Legacy Reverb still loads with profiles that had it. However, I cannot load any others except Spring. How do I get the reverbs back?
What happened to all my reverbs?

Do you have a backup you can restore?

If you are looking for Reverb Presets in OS 6 by turning the BROWSE knob, you won't see the new Presets unless you have loaded them after the Install, by going to the System Menu, and pressing the Button to load the Factory Preset Content. In OS 6, this does not load any Rigs, just Presets.
If you would have turned the TYPE knob, you would have seen the new Reverb Types, and default settings for each one.

Yes, I had to load the factory presets in System. Now I have a myriad of new delays and reverbs! Awesome!!!!!
I should probably have read about loading the presets somewhere, but I missed that. Is this necessary for every update?

Historically, it has not been necessary for every update. Each OS Release includes Release Notes - they will indicate if the user needs do anything in addition to the install.

. Is this necessary for every update?
I suspect this was a one off for transitioning to the new reverbs. This might be the case for other significant changes but hopefully as a one off

Whenever we add new effect algorithms we are usually publishing corresponding effect presets, too.
