Would love to see a Klon stomp added to the Kemper. It seems to be one of the more popular circuits out there at the moment, and I'm sure a lot of people would like to see it in the profiler.
Can we all agree on a list of 5 classic OD we would wish

There are a lot of pedals I wish they would program in!
-
Bump for this. Surely the Klon deserves a place among the other classic stomps included with the Kemper.

MBritt has some Klon profiles.

Have them and love them. But still, why not have it as a stomp.

Isn't the Mouse a clone of the Rat which is a clone of the Klon?

I think the Rat pedal was introduced in the 70s, while the Klon didn't come along before before the 90s. Don't know if the Rat was based off anything else.

The Rat is a unique design, and that's why it's included in the profiler.

The Klon is even more unique, so why's not included? Maybe, because the modelling is quite difficult?

I don't disagree with you.

+1 for a klon
-
+1 for the Klon
+1 for a DOD-250 vintage grey spec...if the KPA team is feeling extra ambitious.
-
+1 and an okko-diablo gain+
-
+1 on Klon. Best overdrive ever.
-
this thread reads somewhat familiar...
The gain control of the original Klon circuit mainly changes the mix between overdriven and clean signals, so here's what I do for a klon-ish overdrive.
use the mouse with medium gain and tone a little on the darker side, then adjust the mix for the desired clarity. To my ears that's close enough to most Klon clones I've tried to far.

Bump for the Klon!

If you come up with Mouse settings that sound like your Klon, post the settings

You could Profile the Klon - sell it - buy a second Kemper - implement the Klon-Profile - use it as a "Stomp-KPA" in front of your normal KPA !

challenge accepted. I'll check/post this when I'm back at the KPA this week.
Edit: ah, ok I got it wrong... But nevertheless, I'll post my settings this week after comparing them again to my klon-clone.
