At the moment I am still using my Fender Amp with pedalboard setup for band rehearsals and gigs but I would like to use my KPA preamp for this too. I'm looking for something affordable that is decent quality, preferably available in the Netherlands or EU.
thanks!
Does anyone have advice on buying an active & affordable monitor for using the KPA PREAMP in live/rehearsal situations?

The Yamaha DX10 is a popular choice.

The Alto TS 112A is a cheaper choice , if you are on a lower budget ...

How does the Yamaha DBR10 compare to the DBX10? The DBX is a bit too pricey for me.
And is that Alto Pro any good?thanks guys!

Tried out the Alto TS210 today and decided to buy it. It sounds good enough and is not too expensive for me. It required some tempering of bass and add a bit presence/ treble in the monitor output section of the Kemper but that seems to be the case in most monitors (I triend the Yamaga DX as well).

So how was the comparison between ALTO 210 and Yamaha DXR10? Have you tried both on lower volumes and louder?

Just got a TS210 today and I was plesantly surprised with the quality and volume. A bit bass-heavy as expected but that's easy to correct with the EQ section of the KPA monitor output along with a subtle boost of presence and treble. I listened to the Yamaha DX10 as well but I didn't think it was worth twice the price compared to the subtle difference in sound.

I allready have bought it and for me it is reallly an inprovement to the Behringer B210D I used before.
Only minus is that it has only a XLR input. So I need a cable with 1/4" Jack to XLR male for connection to the monitor out.
